We have been working for several years to plant the entrance area at Trine State Recreation Area (145 W. Feather Valley Road Fremont, IN 46737) with native plants.
This year, we will continue to add plants that were grown from seeds collected by BHM volunteers and field staff. We could use your help on Thursday, September 8th, to plant the prairie plugs into their new home. Meet us at the Trine SRA Feather Valley Road entrance at 10 am. We expect it to take roughly 4 hours, depending on volunteer turn out. Thank you and we hope to see you there!
